If you could design and build your dream home, what would you do?

You’d probably start with an iconic, one level, California Cape Cod style, and have it designed by renowned architect, Louie Tomaro. Next, you’d hire a talented interior designer to select the finish materials (Norman Design Group), then you’d have an A+ builder (Baldwin Construction) build it for you. You’d select a large parcel of land with expansive views, ideally on a quiet cul-de-sac. Your one level home would probably have 4 bedroom suites, including a sumptuous main bedroom. You’d include an office, a beautiful living room, a formal dining room, and a spectacular Great room with gourmet kitchen and expansive family room with "accordion style" doors that open to a covered patio with heated floors. A salt-water pool and spa would be a must, as would a generous grass area, and a pool house with a bathroom. You’d obviously want a gym, a wine cellar, and maybe even a theater. A spacious three car garage would house your vehicles, and the generous motor-court would provide a gracious entry. That just about does it…. Why not save yourself 3 years and buy this??
