Real estate activity across the Palos Verdes Peninsula remained steady last week, with 12 homes going into escrow and 9 closing escrow. Pending sales ranged from a two bedroom condo in Rancho Palos Verdes listed at $839,000 to a grand estate in the Island View community listed at $3,250,000. Closed sales included a Bay Club condo that sold for $748,000 and a beautiful Lunada Bay home that closed at $3,680,000.
