Real estate activity across the Palos Verdes Peninsula remained steady last week, with 10 homes going into escrow and 12 closings. New listings ranged from a one bedroom condo on Ocean Crest in Rancho Palos Verdes listed at 535,000 dollars to a 5,100 square foot home in Rolling Hills listed for 5,300,000 dollars. Closed sales included a two bedroom condo that sold for 814,000 dollars and a large view home in Lunada Bay that closed at 4,200,000 dollars.
