Our market’s familiar ups and downs appear to be continuing. Last week brought meaningful activity across all categories, with a healthy number of new listings, pending sales, and closed escrows. That said, the upper end of the market is still moving at a slower pace. As we have seen many times before, conditions at the high end can shift quickly, often with little warning.
