Palos Verdes Market Update – March 31st - April 6th

What happened on the Peninsula last week?

March 31st - April 6th

The market remained active over the past week, with a solid mix of new listings, pending sales, and closed transactions across the Peninsula. While the numbers were a bit lower than the week before, there is still meaningful movement at a wide range of price points, from entry-level condos to premier blufftop estates. The house of the week is the Lunada Bay home along the bluff that went into escrow with an asking price of $10,400,000, which appears to be good value given the size, lot, and location.

House of the Week

1733 Paseo Del Mar, Palos Verdes Estates
Offered for $10,400,000
The House of the Week is the bluff-front home in Lunada Bay that went into escrow with an asking price of $10,400,000. At 5,166 square feet, with a tennis court on nearly an acre, it represents strong value in my opinion.
