House of the Week
This week’s House of the Week is really more about the story than the house. My clients were making the move from Glendale to Palos Verdes to be closer to family, but their search came with a very specific wish list. They wanted a one-level home with a view, and as a professional musician, he also needed space for a studio. After nearly two years of looking, waiting, and staying patient, they finally closed escrow on a wonderful home with a fabulous view. Throughout the entire process, they were thoughtful, gracious, and such a pleasure to work with. Sometimes the right home takes time. This one was worth the wait.
