What happened on the Peninsula last week? 

April 28th - May 4th

The first four months of the year are now behind us. As we compare 2026 to 2025, sales and overall volume are both up roughly 10% year over year, with the high end participating as well.  The $5M+ segment has seen four additional sales compared to the same time frame last year.
 
The pattern remains the same: pricing is driving momentum. Homes that are positioned correctly are moving; those that are not are being passed over. One constant… expansive views continue to command attention and, in many cases, a premium.
